Umjetnicki centar "Autsajder Art" NVO Bar (Creative Centre "Outsider Art" NVO Bar) was founded to form a collection of Outsider Art from Eastern Europe as a basis for foundation of a Museum&Exhibition Centre in perspective.
Main goals of the organization are to be achieved by the use of various forms of work with art material: art exhibitions, exhibitions of photo materials, conferences and seminars, films and publications, etc.
